Shipping policy

Cost: free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing: orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. Each piece ships direct from our supplier and is imported, so delivery takes longer than a US warehouse.

Tracking: you'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Several pieces: items from one order can arrive in separate packages on different days.

Late orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Address changes: contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address any time before the order ships.

Where we ship: the United States only, for now.
